Authenticity

Being of Indian descent, (Zeny’s family has roots in Northwest India, in Punjab) Zeny is passionate about her Indian heritage and devotedly studies every aspect of Indian culture and spirituality. Zeny’s teachings are noted for depth in yoga philosophy, history and spiritual richness. Her approach to teaching is to create a sacred space for her students that allows them to explore those aspects of Yoga and Tantra that resonates most deeply with them. “For some the asanas are a gateway into the deeper teachings of Yoga, for others they really love mantra or mediation. My role is to present Tantric Yoga as it is and encourage my students to explore all the wonderful aspects of yoga.” She believes in preserving the traditional values of Yoga and Tantra while making them as inclusive as possible. “Yoga does not need to be re-invented or branded, it just needs to be explored and mastered. While the narrative of Yoga’s origins belongs to the Indian people, it’s applications and benefits are for all of mankind to enjoy.
